Using Ember
Ember is provided as a free personal wellness journal. By using it, you agree to use the service lawfully and not attempt to access another person's account or interfere with the server.
Your account
You are responsible for the Google account used to sign in and for keeping access to that account secure. One person should not use another person's Ember account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the text and information you enter. You give Ember permission to store and process that content only as required to operate the journal, backups, reminders, exports and support tools.
Availability
The service may be changed, paused or discontinued. Features may be added, removed or repaired without notice. Keep your own exports if the information is important to you.
Account action
Accounts may be banned or deleted for abuse, attempts to access other users, attacks on the service, unlawful activity or serious disruption.
No medical advice
Ember does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency help. Decisions about health and treatment should be made with an appropriate professional.
Limitation
Ember is provided as available without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error free or suitable for every purpose.
